I was immensely please with the time the medical assistant took on the phone took to understand my health situation and with the practices prompt response and with Dr. Barnett's prompt action treating me.
My dermatological is not serious, but could seriously impact my treatment for other serious health issues. When it flared back up over a recent weekend I went to an urgent care center. Monday morning I called Dr. Barnett's office and I was able to immediately speak with a medical assistant and explain my problem. She called me back less than hour later after conferring with Dr. Barnett to confirm that the urgent care doctors treatment was correct and to schedule me for a follow up with Dr. Barnett. At the follow up Dr. Barnett listened to my concerns about how my skin condition could seriously impact or prevent my treatment of another unrelated serious health condition and took aggressive action to treat my skin condition.
I was seen by the PA on time. She listened to all of my concerns and the resulting care has resolved my health issues. Very happy with the professionalism and friendliness.
I have had nothing but excellent service here. My waiting times have been just a few minutes and the doctors, staff, and administrative folks have been terrific. I would highly recommend them.
Wait time was about average, betond appointment time of course. Doctor was very pleasant and gave a thorough exam. She found a small spot that she took a biopsy of, taking no more than 30 seconds to do it. The bill for this simple and fast procedure was nearly $400! It was listed as "surgery" on my insurance, which thankfully paid it. But really, $400. This is one reason why medical costs are so high.
Regular checkup with Dr. Todd Colonna. Short waiting time, good checkup, the doctor answered my "What is this? and this?..." questions, offered to do biopsy if I was concerned about any new growths. Used his freeze spray as needed. Told me to come back as usual in six months.
The front office staff booked my next appointment.
