There are tons of gas stations, why spend money in an establishment where employees don't even think you're worth eye contact? No thanks.
I have gotten gas and snacks from this Sunoco dozens of times. However my most recent experience was horrible enough that I vowed ever to return. Approaching the register, there were two cashiers (one you girl, one older tall guy). The young lady greeted me in a courteous fashioned as I waited for the guy to ring me up. He didn't speak or even look at me for that matter - but its a gas station - I don't expect A1 service so I didn't think much if it. UNTIL, I handed him money for my purchase and as I waited with my hand out he placed my change on the counter top and walked away from the register as I stood across the counter dumbfounded. The young girl and I just stared at each other like what just happened? Her face looked as if she wanted to "help" break the awkwardness but didn't know how. I left the dime at the counter and vowed to never spend my money there again.
