I would give 0 stars if I could. They convinced us to switch from Geico by giving us a lower quote when we purchased our home and after we paid it in FULL, they send us another bill at home saying that we owed another 200$. How is this possible? We called them many times, but as there is no customer service they did nothing but passing us back to his local office. After months of "wait for us to review" they were going to renew our policy at an even higher rate without even telling us. We saw the new increase only by checking our online account. We canceled them immediately and went back to Geico. Stay away people, I can't believe they are still in business.
