The staff is always friendly. The store manager, Jen, always remembers me and makes me feel like she truly appreciates my business. Their quoted delivery times are pretty accurate and usually fast. I love their pizzas.
One of the pizza delivery guys (Brandon I think) was overbearing about receiving a tip "so how much you tipping me" very rude, also left check inside the pizza box under the pizza.

The service is totally unreliable. Recently, I ordered a pizza and when an hour and 15 minutes later it still hadn't arrived, I called to find out what was going on. The store talked to the delivery driver and let me know it would be another 10 minutes. Pizza still didn't come for another 15 minutes... and when it got here it wasn't even warm. Would have been nice if they let you know ahead of time that immediate service would take an hour and a half. Even the confirmation email said 55 minutes which is a bit long, but it's certainly not an hour and a half. Totally not worth it especially for cold pizza.
Papa John's Pizza is so good. I love their Pepperoni Pizza. My family does not get it a lot anymore but I remember the taste and it is good!
